The kitchenette provides everything you need to make small meals effectively, plus a prep counter that doubles as a table for two. Partial air conditioning allows for everyone to stay comfortable. Guest amenities include access to a shared pool, beachfront shared palapa, shared charcoal grill, and beach access. The beach is just a short walk away, as are local restaurants and beach bars for fun days in the sun.

The dock is 300 feet in length. Water depth ranges from five feet at the end of the dock to one foot closer to the shore. No ropes or equipment are available. Swimming after 6 pm is not recommended due to the occasional crocodile. There is no security guard and docking is allowed with advance permission from the homeowners association
