The breezy main level features an open living, kitchen, and dining area, complete with contemporary appliances and modern amenities including partial AC and high-speed WiFi. The full-size kitchen comes well-equipped with plenty of major appliances, utensils and, counter space to suit any home cook's needs. Plus, a dishwasher makes for easy cleanup. The island breakfast bar seats three and the dining table is set for four. Two bedrooms are on this level, with access to a shared full bathroom also available.

The ground floor features a stately, furnished home office, complete with a large selection of books for both children and adults.
